I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic right in the center of Rembrandtplein, making it easy to explore Amsterdam, but the room was a bit disappointing with a not so clean feel and a small, uncomfortable bed. The service was friendly overall, but there were some lapses in providing information about the hotel and the city. The dining options were basic and not great value for money, but the convenience of having breakfast on-site was a plus.

The service offered a great view over Rembrandt Square and was amazing, though a bit insistent on housekeeping. I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, had free Wi-Fi, and were nicely decorated with balloons for my boyfriend's 21st birthday at no extra cost. The location was perfect for tourists, being very close to the city center. However, the steep staircases to access the rooms were a bit challenging, and some areas were small and dirty.
